Estamos em busca de um(a) Head Comercial para atuar em uma empresa consolidada no segmento de design e mobiliário de alto padrão, com forte posicionamento no mercado.

Buscamos um profissional sênior, estratégico e, ao mesmo tempo, hands-on, que tenha maturidade para liderar pessoas, acompanhar indicadores e também atuar diretamente na operação comercial.

Principais Desafios:

  • Liderar e desenvolver o time comercial;
  • Acompanhar metas, indicadores e resultados;
  • Conduzir feedbacks e reuniões 1:1;
  • Acompanhar e garantir a execução dos playbooks comerciais;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de vendas;
  • Atuar diretamente na operação comercial e em negociações estratégicas;
  • Apoiar o crescimento da operação e da receita;
  • Estruturar estratégias para evolução da performance do time;
  • Apresentar resultados e indicadores para a gestão.

O que buscamos:

  • Maturidade profissional e pessoal;
  • Perfil firme, proativo e com capacidade de tomada de decisão;
  • Boa comunicação e poder de negociação;
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas e alto ticket;
  • Conhecimento de técnicas como SPIN Selling e outras metodologias de vendas;
  • Experiência com CRM e gestão de indicadores;
  • Capacidade de análise de dados;
  • Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas;
  • Visão estratégica aliada à capacidade de execução;
  • Postura sofisticada e habilidade para lidar com clientes de alto padrão;
  • Formação superior cursando ou completa;
  • Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência nos segmentos de luxo, arquitetura, design, decoração, mobiliário ou produtos de alto valor agregado.

Informações da Oportunidade:

  • Atuação presencial - Porto Alegre
  • Contratação: PJ
  • Remuneração: Fixo + comissionamento
  • Jornada: Segunda a sexta, e 2 sábados por mês
