The posting

Dans un contexte de transformation des usages, d’évolution réglementaire et de recherche de solutions plus durables, vous rejoignez une équipe R&D et prenez en charge des projets packaging de la conception jusqu’à leur industrialisation.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à la Direction R&D / Innovation, vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités de :

  • Définir et piloter la feuille de route packaging pour plusieurs gammes de produits.
  • Piloter les projets de développement d’emballages, de la conception jusqu’à l’industrialisation.
  • Concevoir des solutions répondant aux contraintes produit, qualité, coût, environnement et process industriel.
  • Organiser et suivre les essais industriels, qualifications et validations techniques.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Production, Qualité, Achats, Marketing et R&D.
  • Développer et suivre les relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires techniques.
  • Intégrer les enjeux d’éco-conception et de réduction de l’impact environnemental dans les développements.
  • Assurer une veille sur les matériaux, technologies et évolutions réglementaires liées aux emballages.
  • Accompagner l’évolution des solutions existantes et identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’innovation.
  • Manager et accompagner une équipe d’ingénieurs et/ou collaborateurs en formation.

Votre profil

De formation Ingénieur / Bac+5, idéalement spécialisée en Packaging, Matériaux ou R&D, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans le développement packaging en environnement industriel.

Vous disposez d'une expérience concrète sur plusieurs des sujets suivants :

  • Développement et industrialisation d'emballages.
  • Conduite d'essais industriels et validation de solutions techniques.
  • Gestion de projets multidisciplinaires.
  • Éco-conception et optimisation environnementale des emballages.
  • Relation et pilotage de fournisseurs.
  • Management d'une équipe technique.
  • Travail en environnement agroalimentaire.

Une expérience dans l'univers des produits laitiers, produits frais ou du conditionnement aseptique serait particulièrement appréciée.

Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements industriels et appréciez être au contact du terrain. Vous savez faire le lien entre les contraintes techniques, les attentes des différentes fonctions de l'entreprise et les réalités de l'industrialisation.

La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est nécessaire.
