Notre client est une PME industrielle française évoluant dans un environnement B2B technique et travaillant avec une clientèle principalement industrielle, en France comme à l'international.

Dans le cadre de la poursuite de son développement, nous recherchons un(e) :

Responsable Développement Commercial H/F

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous prenez en charge le développement commercial de l'entreprise avec un rôle à la fois stratégique et opérationnel.

Votre objectif : développer le chiffre d'affaires, conquérir de nouveaux clients et ouvrir de nouveaux marchés, tout en consolidant les relations commerciales existantes.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les actions de développement commercial ;
  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B ;
  • Développer de nouveaux marchés et de nouvelles opportunités commerciales ;
  • Entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants ;
  • Participer aux rendez-vous commerciaux et aux négociations ;
  • Accompagner et faire progresser l'équipe commerciale ;
  • Développer les relations avec les partenaires commerciaux en France et à l'international ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques afin de construire des réponses adaptées aux besoins des clients ;
  • Participer à la structuration et à l'évolution de l'organisation commerciale.
