MISSIONS : Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance du site, il/elle : •Fait partie intégrante du pole opérationnel du service maintenance, •Manage les équipes sous sa responsabilité, •Anime, organise, coordonne, contrôle et optimise l’activité de son équipe, •Priorise les interventions au besoin et gère le portefeuille des travaux, •Est garant de la formation au poste de ses collaborateurs, •Contribue aux échanges et à la communication interservices, •Elabore le planning, gère les CP, RTT, repos de ses équipes. •Gère les absences imprévues, retards, •Est garant de l’exploitation de la GMAO (contrôle la saisie des compte rendus, sorties de pièces, DA, etc..), •Est force de proposition dans l’amélioration et l’évolution de l’organisation, •Effectue les entretiens individuels,

FORMATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALITES REQUISES : •De niveau BTS MS ou fort d’une expérience notable dans la maintenance de systèmes automatisés, •Aptitudes au management, à la communication et à la prise de décision, •Organisé, rigoureux, méthodique avec une bonne faculté d’analyse, •Une expérience en tant que sous-traitant serait un plus,

CONDITIONS SPECIFIQUES : •Horaires de journée du lundi au vendredi, •Base de 35 heures hebdomadaire annualisée (40H/semaine), •Monte des astreintes périodiques,
