Qui sommes‑nous ?

Vous intégrerez Savencia Produits Laitiers France, filiale du Groupe Savencia, au sein de la branche Fromage & Dairy, l’un des leaders mondiaux des spécialités fromagères avec plus de 50 marques et 400 références.

Notre mission : commercialiser, animer et piloter l’ensemble des produits laitiers (fromages, beurre, crème, lait infantile) dans les circuits de la grande distribution en France.

Votre rôle chez nous

En tant que Chef(fe) de Secteur, vous êtes responsable du développement commercial et de la performance de votre portefeuille de marques sur un secteur dédié.

Vous intervenez en véritable partenaire de vos clients, en combinant expertise métier, sens de la négociation et excellence d’exécution terrain.

Vos missions :

  • Développer les ventes, les volumes et la part de marché des marques de Savencia Produits Laitiers France sur votre secteur en déployant la stratégie commerciale et en identifiant les leviers de croissance ;
  • Être le/la référent(e) catégoriel(le) auprès de vos clients en apportant une expertise marché, shopper et merchandising ;
  • Appliquer la méthode de vente Savencia et construire des plans de croissance personnalisés avec vos clients dans une logique de partenariat durable ;
  • Revente en point de vente en activant efficacement les 3 leviers : assortiment, linéaire et promotion, afin d’atteindre des objectifs mesurables ;
  • Optimiser la détention numérique (DN) de nos produits en garantissant la présence des références stratégiques ;
  • Assurer la disponibilité produit en limitant les ruptures (suivi des stocks, déclenchement de commandes, ajustement des minima) ;
  • Développer la visibilité des marques en magasin en optimisant les implantations, les parts de linéaire, les dispositifs merchandising et l’exécution des opérations promotionnelles ;
  • Analyser vos performances et assurer un reporting fiable via nos outils tout en identifiant les écarts et en proposant des actions correctives ;
  • Développer des relations de confiance avec vos clients, en incarnant les marques et en étant un véritable ambassadeur(rice) de Savencia.

Le profil que nous cherchons

  • Bac +3 à Bac +5 ou équivalent
  • Première expérience en GMS
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office
  • Permis B obligatoire
  • Forte orientation résultats, avec sens de la négociation et capacité à convaincre
  • Autonomie et organisation, capacité d’analyse, priorisation et adaptabilité
