Job Description

Les Fromageries Perreault, créée en 1919, est aujourd’hui une filiale du groupe SAVENCIA avec 3 établissements : Château-Gontier (53), Meslay-du-Maine (53) et Ahun (23). Nous intervenons sur le marché des fromages à Pâtes Pressées et à pâtes molles pour le Groupe SAVENCIA à l’international, avec nos marques : Fol Epi, Vieux Pané, Chamois d’or et Géramont.

Responsibilities

Les Fromageries Perreault, recrute un gestionnaire SAP et Expéditions (H/F) sur le site de Busseau sur Creuse :

Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des flux des produits et leur suivi dans notre système d’information SAP.

Vos principales missions :

  • Être garant du bon déroulement des flux de production et d’entreposage dans les systèmes d’information SAP (surveillance, résolution des problèmes, optimisation),
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des nouveaux produits et des nouveaux process industriels au titre de la gestion des données techniques,
  • Analyser les dysfonctionnements et proposer des pistes d’amélioration de procédés,
  • Veiller à la cohérence et la complétude permanente des données et identifier/traiter les anomalies en direct pour ses propres données ou faire traiter ces anomalies par les services concernés,
  • Participer à la formation SAP des utilisateurs,
  • Contribuer au processus gestion matière du site (bilans matières, contrôles stocks informatiques et physiques, fiabilisation des stocks, …),
  • Suivre les stocks, contrôler les réceptions des entrées et régule si nécessaire dans SAP,
  • Commander les camions en cas de besoin,
  • Transférer les stocks des produits entre sites,
  • Contribuer à la traçabilité du process lors des audits,

Vous participerez également à la gestion des services généraux du site ainsi qu’à l’accueil.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

De formation Bac+2 ou expérience équivalente, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en système d’information industriel, la maitrise de SAP serait un plus.

Doté(e) d’une bonne capacité d’analyse, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et réactif(ve), vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez faire preuve d'autonomie, de discrétion et de sens des responsabilités dans vos missions quotidiennes.

La connaissance du secteur agroalimentaire serait un atout.
