Qui sommes nous ?

Vous intégrerez Savencia Produits Laitiers France, filiale du Groupe Savencia, au sein de la branche Fromage & Dairy, l’un des leaders mondiaux des spécialités fromagères avec plus de 50 marques et 400 références.

Notre mission : commercialiser, animer et piloter l’ensemble des produits laitiers (fromages, beurre, crème, lait infantile) dans les circuits de la grande distribution en France.

Votre rôle chez nous :

Sur le terrain, vous interviendrez comme binôme du/de la Chef(fe) de Secteur, garant(e) de l’exécution des plans d’actions négociés en clientèle et du développement de nos positions en magasin.

Votre objectif : développer le chiffre d’affaires, les volumes et la part de marché de nos marques en assurant l’excellence d’exécution en magasins et en soutenant le Chef de Secteur dans le déploiement des actions commerciales.

Missions principales :

  • Développer les ventes, les volumes et la part de marché des marques Savencia Produits Laitiers France sur le secteur en appui du/de la Chef(fe) de Secteur.
  • Assurer la disponibilité des produits et lutter contre les ruptures : surveillance active des linéaires, traitement des ruptures, passage de commandes, optimisation de la DN et suivi des approvisionnements magasin.
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans d’actions négociés : réimplantations, mises en avant, théâtralisations, opérations promotionnelles et merchandising.
  • Installer et maintenir les outils de revente : PLV, ILV, stop-rayons, habillages, meubles promotionnels et supports merchandising.
  • Garantir une excellente exécution magasin : bonne tenue des linéaires, étiquetage correct, visibilité optimale des gammes.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie des enseignes : fonctionnement, attentes magasins, routines internes.
  • Gérer son activité avec efficacité : organisation des tournées, anticipation, gestion des réserves et création d’un réseau facilitateur en point de vente.
  • Représenter la marque auprès des équipes magasins, instaurer une relation de confiance et incarner les valeurs Savencia.
  • Assurer un reporting rigoureux et informer le Chef de Secteur et le Chef des Ventes Régional des actions, résultats et opportunités identifiées.
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les règles de sécurité, de conduite et de comportement en magasin, tout en adoptant une posture exemplaire.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Formation commerciale ou première expérience en grande distribution appréciée.
  • Intérêt pour l’univers PGC et le fonctionnement des magasins GMS.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement terrain, avec dynamisme, autonomie et sens du service client.
  • Rigueur, organisation, anticipation et fiabilité dans le reporting.
  • Bon relationnel, sens de l’initiative et posture positive en magasin.
  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et du Pack Office.
  • Permis B indispensable.
