Rattachement hiérarchique : Directeur Usine

Missions :

Il/Elle a pour missions :

Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’Usine de Mauléon-Viodos, vous organisez et animez les équipes de l’atelier affinage, emballage et expéditions de nos fromages, dans le respect de la politique industrielle et du budget.

· Encadrer un atelier d’une trentaine de collaborateurs avec une activité 2x8 en veillant aux conditions de travail, au climat social et aux respects des règles QHSE : favoriser le développement et le partage des savoirs de vos collaborateurs, anticiper les besoins en effectifs et participer au recrutement, réaliser les entretiens annuels et professionnels

· Mettre en œuvre et être le garant des standards de management TPM+ dans votre service (tours terrain, point 5min, point maintenance, 5S, management visuel et analyse de cause, passage de consignes)

· Être le garant des animations quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles de la performance (Sécurité, Qualité, main-d’œuvre, matière, planification,) et assurer les routines d’améliorations en animant la feuille de route de votre service ; analyser les écarts et accompagner les plans d’actions d’amélioration

· Gérer la production en proposant des améliorations qualitatives et quantitatives, en anticipant les besoins nécessaires au fonctionnement et au pilotage de l’affinage et du conditionnement

· Etablir et suivre le budget de votre atelier en fonction des priorités et étudier les écarts

· Assurer la bonne réalisation des plans d’emballage en adéquation aux plans de la Supply Chain et être le garant de la gestion des flux des fromages intersites et du respect des standards définis

· Evaluer les besoins en investissement et argumenter des plans d'investissement (PLT, Budget), calculer les budgets prévisionnels et les retours sur investissement, et accompagner les évolutions du dispositif industriel (process, utilités, bâtiments)

· Communiquer et recueillir l’information dans son atelier et optimiser les relations entre les services internes (amont et aval) et avec les prestataires extérieurs

Formation / Expérience / Qualités Requises :

  • Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur ou Ingénieur spécialisé en agroalimentaire,
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum et expérience du management d'équipe,
  • Technologie fromagère,
