Le secteur des emballages et des matériaux au contact des denrées alimentaires (MCDA) évolue rapidement. Les changements réglementaires se multiplient. En parallèle, Valrhona poursuit ses développements produits et ses projets de refonte de gamme.

Dans ce contexte dynamique, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre le pôle Qualité Fournisseurs et contribuer activement aux missions du service.

Tes missions principales :

  • Réaliser la veille réglementaire sur les MCDA et déployer les plans d’actions associés
  • Optimiser et assurer le suivi de la documentation relative aux emballages et articles au contact des denrées alimentaires (alimentarité, PPWR)
  • Améliorer la gestion des référencements fournisseurs et emballages en collaboration avec les équipes Qualité, R&D, Achats, Marketing, Boutique…
  • Animer et déployer les démarches HACCP et Food fraud sur les emballages et articles au contact des denrées alimentaires
  • Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et des partenaires externes pour garantir la qualité et la sécurité de nos approvisionnements

Ce que tu vas apprendre et développer :

  • Maîtrise des référentiels qualité et sécurité alimentaire (HACCP, FSSC 22000…)
  • Connaissance de la réglementation applicable aux matériaux au contact des denrées (PPWR, alimentarité des emballages…)
  • Gestion de projet transverse et animation de groupes de travail
  • Analyse de données et optimisation de process
  • Utilisation avancée des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Communication avec des interlocuteurs variés

Responsibilities

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en fin de cursus Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, université ou équivalent), idéalement spécialisé(e) en qualité, agroalimentaire et/ou emballages
  • Intérêt marqué pour la qualité, la sécurité alimentaire et la réglementation
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse et bon relationnel
  • À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint…)
