Votre mission

Au sein de l'organisation Supply Chain, vous contribuerez à structurer et formaliser le fonctionnement du service. Vous participerez à la clarification des processus, des rôles et des responsabilités, ainsi qu’à la communication auprès des équipes et des clients internes.

Accompagné(e) par l’équipe, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Analyser l’organisation et les modes de fonctionnement actuels du service ;
  • Recueillir les besoins et les attentes des différentes parties prenantes ;
  • Cartographier, formaliser et rédiger les processus Supply Chain ;
  • Clarifier les rôles, responsabilités et interfaces entre les équipes ;
  • Identifier les éventuels dysfonctionnements et proposer des pistes d’amélioration ;
  • Concevoir des supports de communication et d’onboarding ;
  • Recueillir les retours des utilisateurs et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des supports et processus.

Afin de développer une vision globale des enjeux et du fonctionnement de la Supply Chain, vous aurez l’opportunité de découvrir ses différents métiers à travers la réalisation de « vis ma vie ». Ces immersions permettront d’observer concrètement les activités, les responsabilités et les interactions des équipes, tout en facilitant la compréhension des processus et des interfaces entre les différents acteurs de la chaîne.

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en Supply Chain, logistique, management des opérations, gestion de projet, amélioration continue, école d’ingénieurs ou école de commerce.

Vous êtes particulièrement à l’aise dans les domaines suivants :

  • Analyse et formalisation de processus ;
  • Gestion de projet et amélioration continue ;
  • Rédaction de documents et synthèse d’informations ;
  • Création de présentations et de supports de communication ;
  • Utilisation d’Excel et des outils bureautiques.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre :

  • Esprit structuré et analytique ;
  • Curiosité et capacité à prendre des initiatives ;
  • Autonomie et rigueur ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et qualités rédactionnelles ;
  • Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés ;
  • Goût pour les environnements en transformation.

Type de contrat : convention de stage (indemnisation selon niveau d'étude)

Durée : 6 mois

Date de début : Janvier 2027

Lieu : Tain L’Hermitage (Drôme) à 80 km au Sud de Lyon – à 20 mn de la gare Valence TGV
