## Responsibilities - Build and cultivate a strong relationship network with individual IFAs and larger ND teams. - Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market presence. - Sell alternative products to IFAs, leveraging industry connections for maximum impact. - Travel across India and potentially to the UAE and Thailand to meet with clients and present offerings. - Craft compelling sales narratives and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. - Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and commitment to the sales team, ensuring sustained focus on goals for a minimum of three years.

## Qualifications - Proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably in financial services or related fields. - Established relationships with individual IFAs and experience building networks with larger ND teams. - Experience in selling alternative investment products to financial advisors. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts clearly. - Self-driven individual with a passion for team success and resilience in pursuing long-term goals. - Willingness to travel frequently for business engagements.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with the financial markets and investment strategies relevant to IFAs and ND teams. - Prior experience leading a sales team or significant sales initiatives. - Knowledge of market trends and emerging investment opportunities.
