๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $24โ€“$26/hour (approximately $2,600โ€“$2,816/month) ๐Ÿ“… Contract Duration: 11 months ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Contract Period: 4 January 2027 โ€“ 30 November 2027 โฐ Working Hours: Mondayโ€“Friday, 1:00pmโ€“6:00pm ๐Ÿ• Weekly Working Hours: 25 hours ๐Ÿšซ No Service: Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

๐ŸŽ“ Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and Google collaborative tools.
  • Experience in classroom management and discipline-related administration and processes is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to conduct basic student interviews and carry out investigative procedures.

๐Ÿ“‹ Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Student Management Team in carrying out discipline-related processes and ensuring compliance with school discipline policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Assist the Student Management Committee in following up with students undergoing disciplinary consequences.
  • Compile, organise and maintain accurate student discipline records.
  • Work with Year Heads, Assistant Year Heads, HODs and other Student Management staff to coordinate and complete assigned discipline-related tasks.
  • Provide manpower support during CCA days and assist CCA teachers with student management.
  • Support student management activities and programmes, including character-building programmes, detention, in-house suspension and Gear-Up programmes.
  • Update student offence records and perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned.
