一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找一位专注于实时BEV(Bird's-Eve-View)感知的算法工程师，负责移动机器人在复杂工业场景下的3D感知系统研发，融合多颗相机、3D激光雷达与机器人实时位姿，构建统一的BEV/OCC空间表征，实现对托盘、行人、可通行区域、墙壁等关键目标的实时检测与分割，并支撑主动交互感知、深度估计等前沿方向的落地。 二、岗位职责 1.3D感知算法研发 -负责基于BEV/10CC的3D目标检测1分割算法研发，覆盖托盘、行人等核心类别的位置、尺寸、角度估计，要求7m范围内稳定检测、误检/漏检率<2%、10Hz实时输出 -负责BEV模型的迭代和新增检测类的支持 -负责多目标跟踪(MOT)算法，为已知检测类别输出稳定、连续的跟踪ID。 -推动感知模型在新车型、新场景下的泛化能力，从有限场景验证走向全场景稳定部署。 -模型支持输出检测类的属性和新增属性的模型设计 -基于边缘端部署感知模型，并能以10Hz稳定输出检测结果 -开展模型量化、剪枝、TensorRT/ONNX加速等工作，在有限算力下保证精度与延迟的平对接数据标注人员，形成有效的数据到模型的双向优化链路。

三、任职要求 基本要求 -计算机、自动化、电子工程、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历(优秀本科可放宽) -3年以上计算机视觉或机器人感知算法研发经验，且有BEV相关落地经验 -精通Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架 -熟悉BEV感知、多传感器融合(相机+激光雷达)的主流方法与架构 -有3D目标检测、语义分割、多目标跟踪中至少一个方向的扎实项目经验 -具备模型部署与优化经验，熟悉TensorRT、ONNX、OpenVINO等至少一种推理引擎 -具备良好的工程实现能力，代码规范，有大规模数据集训练与调优经验 加分项 -有BEV Fusion、BEVFormer、TransFusion等Transformer-based BEV、OCC感知方案的研发经验·有机器人(AMR/AGV)或自动驾驶感知系统量产落地经验 -有嵌入式平台(NVIDIA Jetson、国产控制器等)算法部署与性能调优经验有鱼眼相机标定、畸变校正、环视拼接相关经验
