【岗位职责】 1. 负责机器人系统的开发。包括机队管理（机器人调度系统）、低代码流程引擎、仓配一体化业务系统等。充分利用机器人和现代智能设备，向客户提供新时代的管理系统，让机器人的应用落地，实现企业仓储物流环节的无人化、数字化，为客户创造价值。 2. 产品功能包括机器人管控、运单和任务管理、路径规划和交通管制、工业设备管理、低代码数据引擎、低代码流程引擎、低代码界面引擎、低代码统计引擎、监控运维、故障恢复、冷热备系统等。 3. 需要扎实全面的技术基础。系统架构复杂、功能丰富，具有高并发特性。但是电商等已有成熟模版可以套领域。需要真正软件工程能力（书上教的东西变得有用了）。需要扎实的语言、数据库、计算机网络、IO、加解密、计算机硬件基础。 4. 算法和数据结构相关知识虽然很多公司都会考，但实际工作不一定用。本行业实际需要大量此类知识。如机器人最短路径、任务的最优匹配等。 5. 部分有余力的同事（也看个人意愿）有机会参与深度学习和具身智能算法研发。

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机类、信息类或电气类专业。2 年及以上工作经验。 2. 需要精通 Java 或 C++ 两种语言中的一种。愿意入职后能精通 Java、Kotlin。 3. 有良好的数据库、网络、并发等计算机学科基础。 4. 良好的数学、数据结构算法基础。需要的时候，能较快地看懂论文，如 A* 算法相关。 5. 有机器人、深度学习、强化学习等项目实践的同学优先。 6. 愿意深入了解产品研发涉及的业务（机器人、具身）。 7. 良好的沟通协作能力，一定要求能写好文档，愿意向团队输出；明确不要只自己好其他人无所谓的人。 8. 愿意承担合理的项目压力，参与项目评审；接受极其偶尔出差，保障重点客户。
