岗位职责 1. 负责 3D 自动标注算法的研发、实现与落地，面向点云、3D 检测框、语义/实例分割、轨迹与姿态等标注任务。 2. 基于激光雷达、RGB-D、结构光、多传感器融合数据，设计并优化自动标注流程，包括预标注、伪标签生成、结果修正、质量评估与闭环迭代。 3. 负责点云/3D 感知算法在自动标注场景中的应用与工程化，包括目标检测、分割、跟踪、配准、姿态估计、场景理解等。 4. 参与 3D 标注系统建设，推动算法与标注平台、数据引擎、训练平台、质检流程打通，提升标注效率与准确率。 5. 负责自动标注模型的训练、调优、部署与线上效果跟踪，持续优化召回率、精度、稳定性与吞吐效率。 6. 结合业务场景构建主动学习、难例挖掘、置信度评估、人机协同标注等能力，降低人工成本。 7. 与数据、产品、工程、标注团队协作，制定标注规范、验收标准和效果评估体系，推动算法实际落地。 8. 跟踪 3D 感知、自动标注、弱监督/半监督学习、伪标签、数据闭环等方向的前沿技术，并结合业务验证与落地。

任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 具备 3D 自动标注或 3D 感知算法实际落地经验，有完整项目经验者优先。 3. 熟悉点云基础算法，包括滤波、降采样、聚类、分割、配准、跟踪、特征提取、几何拟合等。 4. 熟悉 3D 感知核心任务中的一个或多个方向： - 3D 目标检测 - 点云语义/实例分割 - 多目标跟踪 - 位姿估计 - 场景重建与配准 5. 熟悉 C++ 或 Python，具备较强的算法实现与工程开发能力。 6. 熟悉 PCL、Open3D、Eigen、OpenCV 等常用工具库。 7. 熟悉 PyTorch / TensorFlow 等深度学习框架，具备模型训练、调参、评估和部署经验。 8. 了解主流 3D 深度学习框架或模型，如 PointNet/PointNet++、PointPillars、SECOND、CenterPoint、PV-RCNN、MinkowskiEngine、OpenPCDet、MMDetection3D 等。 9. 具备数据闭环意识，能够从标注效率、算法效果、人工修订成本和业务价值角度推动方案落地。 10. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能跨团队推动算法、平台和业务联动。

加分项 1. 有自动驾驶、机器人、工业检测、仓储物流、三维测量等领域自动标注经验。 2. 有多传感器融合经验，包括 LiDAR、相机、IMU、深度相机等。 3. 熟悉 ROS/ROS2，具备感知系统或机器人系统集成经验。 4. 有半监督学习、主动学习、伪标签生成、数据清洗、难例挖掘经验。 5. 有标注平台、数据引擎、任务调度、批处理/流处理系统对接经验。 6. 有模型部署与推理优化经验，如 TensorRT、ONNX、CUDA 加速等。 7. 有量产项目、客户项目或大规模数据生产环境落地经验。 8. 有相关论文、专利、开源项目或竞赛成果。
