The posting

一、岗位职责​ -协助工程师开展机器人上肢协作运动规划相关算法的辅助开发工作，包括路径规划、轨迹优化等模块的基础代码编写与测试；​ -参与系统仿真验证任务，协助搭建仿真环境，收集并分析仿真数据，辅助优化算法的基础性能；​ -配合硬件工程团队、传感器团队完成系统集成与调试的辅助工作，记录调试过程中的问题与数据，提供技术支持；​ -协助整理技术文档、实验报告，参与团队技术讨论，学习前沿算法在机械臂领域的应用。​

二、任职要求​ （一）基础条件​ 学历背景：计算机科学、机器人、自动化、控制工程、机械工程或相关领域在读硕士或博士生，对机器人领域有浓厚兴趣；​ 学习能力：具备较强的自主学习能力和钻研精神，能够快速理解基础算法原理，愿意主动探索技术难点。​ （二）理论基础​ -了解机器人学、刚体运动学基础理论，对运动学与逆运动学有初步认知；​ -初步掌握运动规划基本概念，了解 RRT、A * 等经典路径规划算法的核心思想；​ -对凸优化、非线性优化或机械臂控制策略有基础了解者优先。​ （三）专业技能​ 掌握 Python 或 C++ 编程语言，具备基础的代码编写与调试能力；​ 了解机器人操作系统 ROS（ROS2 优先）基本使用方法，对路径规划开源框架（如 OMPL）或仿真软件（如 MuJoCo）有初步接触者优先；​ 会使用常用办公软件及数据整理工具，具备基础的数据分析能力。​ （四）综合素质​ -具备良好的团队协作意识，能够积极配合团队完成分配任务；​ -具备清晰的逻辑思维和沟通能力，工作认真负责，有较强的执行力；​ -每周可保证至少 4 天实习时间，实习周期不少于 3 个月。​

三、加分项​ 有 RoboCon、RoboMaster 等机器人赛事参与或相关项目经验；​

发表过机器人领域相关学术论文或申请过相关专利；​

具备深度学习与机械臂结合的基础认知或实践经验。
