岗位职责 1. 参与 Agent OS 核心能力的研发，包括 Agent 运行时、任务调度、工具调用、上下文管理、状态持久化及可观测性等模块。 2. 使用 Rust 开发高性能、高可靠的后端服务和基础组件，编写结构清晰、可维护、可测试的代码。 3. 参与大模型应用与 Agent 工作流的工程化落地，协助接入模型服务、MCP/工具协议、消息队列、数据库等基础设施。 4. 参与系统接口设计、单元测试、集成测试、性能分析和问题排查，持续提升服务稳定性与资源利用率。 5. 与产品、算法和平台工程师协作，将业务需求拆解为可实施的技术方案，并完成文档和交付物沉淀。 6. 跟踪 Rust、AI Agent 和云原生技术的发展，在指导下完成技术验证与能力迭代。

任职要求 1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历，1 年以内工作经验或优秀应届毕业生。 2. 掌握 Rust 基础知识，理解所有权、生命周期、trait、泛型、错误处理、并发编程等核心概念；有 Rust 课程项目、开源贡献或实习经历者优先。 3. 具备扎实的数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络和数据库基础，能够独立定位常见的服务端问题。 4. 熟悉至少一种关系型或非关系型数据库，了解 HTTP、RPC、消息队列等服务端常用技术。 5. 对大语言模型、AI Agent、RAG、函数调用或工作流编排有基础认知，并愿意持续学习相关工程实践。 6. 具备良好的代码质量意识，愿意编写测试和技术文档，能够在代码评审反馈下持续改进。 7. 具备清晰的沟通能力和责任心，能与团队协作推进任务。

加分项 1. 使用过 Tokio、Axum、Actix Web、Tonic、SQLx、SeaORM 等 Rust 生态框架或工具。 2. 有 Linux 服务开发、Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD 或云原生项目经验。 3. 有 LLM 应用、MCP Server、Agent 工具调用、知识库检索或多智能体协作项目经验。 4. 有开源项目贡献、技术博客、竞赛获奖或完整个人项目可供展示。 5. 了解 Python、TypeScript 或 Go，能够配合完成模型服务和平台侧的联调工作。

我们希望你具备 1. 对构建面向 AI 的操作系统和开发平台有长期兴趣，愿意从基础能力做起。 2. 能够把不确定的需求转化为可验证的小步实现，并主动暴露风险与问题。 3. 重视工程细节，既关注功能交付，也关注稳定性、安全性和可维护性。
