岗位职责 1. 参与计算机视觉算法的研发与优化，包括目标检测、语义分割、实例分割等方向。 2. 负责模型训练、部署与调优，能够在实际硬件平台上完成网络部署与性能优化。 3. 参与图像与点云数据的处理，包括数据清洗、标注及增强等工作。 4. 参与项目的开发、落地，并配合前端实施推进项目 5. 协助团队解决模型、算法在运行过程中出现的兼容性、性能及稳定性问题。 6. 支持项目在嵌入式平台（如 Jetson、RKNN 等）的落地实现。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、自动化等相关专业背景。 2. 熟练掌握 C++ / Python 编程语言，具备良好的工程化能力。 3. 熟练掌握图像及点云处理算法和开源库(PCL或Open3D，OpenCV等)。 4. 熟悉常见视觉算法与网络架构（如检测、分割等），VLM推理&微调。 5. 了解典型数据集的清洗、标注与管理流程。 6. 熟悉主流深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow 等），能够完成模型训练、推理与优化部署。 7. 熟悉嵌入式硬件平台（如 NVIDIA Jetson、RKNN），并掌握相关推理库（TensorRT、RKNN Toolkit 等）的使用。 8. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够在模型部署及运行过程中快速定位并解决问题。 加分项 - 有跨平台（PC 端 + 嵌入式端）部署经验。 - 熟悉多线程、内存优化等性能优化方法。 - 具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力。 - 具备机器人的相关基础知识 - 参与过图像&点云两个模态算法落地的项目经验，能够清晰阐述项目中的技术方案与成果。
