岗位职责 1. 负责真实客户现场从需求分析、方案设计、实施、验收到复盘的全过程交付。 2. 将客户现场的机器人任务、环境、设备和数据需求转化为可执行计划。 3. 统筹数据采集、标注、仿真、训练、评测、部署和反馈回流。 4. 负责现场硬件、软件、通信、控制和数据链路的联调。 5. 建立问题复现、回归测试和策略优化机制。 6. 负责交付范围、里程碑、风险、质量、资源和客户沟通。 7. 建立标准化交付流程、SOP、数据闭环机制和复盘体系。 8. 将成功交付方案沉淀为可复制的产品能力和解决方案。 9. 统筹标注质量管理，指导标注质量负责人建立规范和验收体系。 10. 与算法、数据平台、机器人平台、Cloud、Infra 和客户团队保持高效协作。 任职要求 1. 2年以上自动驾驶、机器人、AI 系统或复杂软件系统交付经验。 2. 有真实客户现场部署、联调和验收经验。 3. 熟悉硬件、软件、通信、控制和数据系统的集成方式。 4. 具备跨团队项目管理、需求澄清、风险控制和问题推进能力。 5. 能够与客户、算法、产品、工程和运营团队进行高效沟通。 6. 具备较强的结构化思维、文档能力和复杂问题抽象能力。 7. 能接受长期驻场、出差和高强度项目交付。 加分项 1. 有机器人规模化部署、自动驾驶量产交付或数据闭环经验。 2. 有大型供应链、客户交付或跨地区项目管理经验。
