岗位职责 1. 负责具身数据标注规范、质量标准和验收体系的制定。 2. 将算法、模型和客户需求转化为可执行的 Annotation Guideline 和 SOP。 3. 建立任务分发、标注、审核、返修、抽检和验收流程。 4. 负责视觉、动作、视频、点云、姿态、接触和任务语义数据的质量管理。 5. 建立准确率、一致性、完整性、时序连续性和交付稳定性指标。 6. 管理内部和外部标注团队，负责培训、答疑、质量反馈和能力提升。 7. 分析标注错误、数据偏差、标准不清和返工原因。 8. 推动自动标注、AI 辅助质检和异常数据识别。 9. 与算法、仿真、数据平台和采集团队协作，持续优化标注流程和成本。 任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 3 年以上数据标注质量、数据项目管理或 AI 数据生产经验。 3. 熟悉文本、图像、视频、点云和时序数据中的一种或多种。 4. 能够将复杂模型需求拆解为清晰的标注规则和示例。 5. 具备较强的质量意识、执行力、沟通能力和问题推动能力。 6. 能够同时管理多个项目并在压力下保证交付质量。 加分项 1. 有自动驾驶、机器人、具身智能或 3D 数据标注经验。 2. 有大规模标注团队管理经验。 3. 熟悉 AI 辅助标注、Active Learning、自动质检或 Agent Pipeline。 4. 熟悉 GPT、Claude 或其他 AI 工具并能够用于提升标注效率。
