【岗位职责】 1、测试流程：参与产品测试全流程，包括需求/设计评审，主导测试分析/测试设计/用例执行/报告输出等； 2、测试执行：针对测试执行过程，主导问题跟踪及推动解决，并完成缺陷分析/发散测试； 3、测试防护网建设：参与自动化框架/脚本开发，随版本测试交付自动化用例、构建自动化环境； 4、专项测试加固：针对流出问题、缺陷，能够针对性分析并完成专项测试； 5、测试效率提升：积极引入开源工具，通过AI手段完成测试覆盖度和效率提升； 【任职要求】 1、有2年以上的测试经验，有完整的质量保障经历（如需求评审、用例设计、功能与接口测试、缺陷跟踪），能对陌生系统做风险驱动的测试评估； 2、熟悉pytest框架，有搭建自动化测试框架或流水线的经历，能独立交付并接入 CI，完成自动化防护网搭建； 3、熟悉场景分析、正交、边界值、判定表等测试分析方法，能够应用到测试设计中； 4、有性能、可靠性、安全测试经验，能够基于业务流和设计架构完成DFX测试分析； 6、熟悉主流AIAgent（用于辅助测试分析/自动化脚本编写），掌握postman/jmeter/python等常规测试工具； 【加分项】 1、有云化服务测试经验，参与过大型云服务测试分析设计； 2、参与过 AI 测试开源项目，或有技术博客、公开分享； 3、熟悉 Docker / K8s，能容器化部署 AI 测试服务； 4、有具身智能行业包括但不限于具身基础设施、数据产线、模型开发等产品的测试经验。
