岗位职责： 1、担任新产品开发团队的机械设计核心负责人，负责整机设计方案和内部结构的制定和把控； 2、完成机械零部件的详细3D设计，和2D工程图； 3、负责样机试制与调试，协同电气工程师实现产品功能改进设计，协同工业设计工程师实现产品工业外观设计和落地； 4、装机调试过程中提供必要的技术支持； 5、机械结构部件的成本核算； 6、开发过程中的结构评审与确认，技术协议的确认，对产品结构风险评估和把控； 7、现有产品的结构优化，降本改善； 8、负责项目图纸文件的编制归档，相关技术类产品文档资料的编写等。

任职要求： 1.学历专业：大专及以上学历；机械设计、机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业。熟悉机械原理，有扎实的机械设计理论基础； 2.工作经验：5年以上工作经验，有移动机器人行业或工业量产产品结构设计经验优先；有智能叉车AGV结构设计经验优先； 3.专业技能：熟练使用AUTOCAD、SOLIDWORKS等软件进行设计、仿真、有限元分析及动力学分析；熟悉机械行业生产加工工艺及相关设备，有一定的机电设备安装调试经验，具有较强的分析能力和动手操作能力； 4.具有快速学习能力，有良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力及团结协作精神，有良好的职业道德、高度的责任心和工作热情。
