【职位描述】 -对双臂人形机器人产品的软件功能负责：包括用户旅程、需求管理、功能设计、产品市场洞察、特性规划。 -定义双臂人形机器人用户需求与使用场景，定义各场景下的用户旅程、功能和用户体验; -输出双臂人形机器人交互软件产品的流程原型设计、撰写产品需求文档PRD，按节奏实现需求落地； -管理双臂人形机器人交互软件、基础功能，拉动客户侧、研发、测试进行功能的开发、测试、落地； -根据产品功能更新发布节奏，编写机器人产品和功能的使用说明文档、FAQ、指导手册； 竞品与技术趋势跟踪： -深度跟踪分析国内外人形机器人及具身智能领域主要竞争对手的产品技术（特别是软件交互、硬件规格、系统架构、性能表现）； -持续追踪传感器技术、执行器技术、电池技术、计算芯片、新材料等核心硬件相关的前沿进展。

【任职要求】 -211/985/双一流大学毕业，工学专业，如机械电子、机器人、电气自动化、控制工程等相关专业，硕士优先； -3-5年工作经验，有成功的产品定义和PRD撰写经验，有协作/人形机器人本体交互软件设计经验者优先； 技术与知识要求： -了解机器人运动学、动力学基础和控制原理； -了解机器人系统相关视觉感知、运动控制、路径规划、抓取策略、人机协作和安全设计； -了解传感器（视觉、激光雷达、IMU、力/力矩等）、执行器（电机、驱动器）核心原理； -熟悉 C/C++/Python 至少一种开发语言，能看懂技术文档，具备优秀的技术理解力。 -对具身智能、协作/人形机器人原理、功能、软件交互有深刻的认识和理解，善于挖掘并深入分析用户需求； -优秀的产品语言输出能力，强力推进需求落地；具备较强的用户需求分析和产品设计能力，熟悉 Mastergo、Axure、Figma 等工具软件； -良好的洞察力，优越的逻辑思维与分析能力；善于产品调研，并利用数据分析、用户访谈、场景分析等专业手段发现潜在用户需求；热爱技术，热爱具身智能、AI、机器人，渴望知识，自我驱动； -较强的跨部门沟通协调能力（机械臂/人形运动控制、上位机软件、视觉算法、机器人本体机械结构、电气、嵌入式）。
