定位 负责配送机器人产品的内容管理与运营落地，将市场策略和产品信息转化为清晰、可执行的内容Brief，协同外部内容服务商完成选题、脚本、拍摄、后期及发布，并对内容方向、项目进度、信息准确性和最终数据负责。 连接市场策略、内部产品信息和外部内容资源，推动高质量内容稳定产出，并结合平台表现与用户反馈持续优化内容方向。 岗位职责 1. 内容运营与平台管理 负责配送机器人内容运营与平台落地，包括内容规划、发布节奏、平台适配及内容资产管理，持续提升以小红书和抖音为核心阵地的内容质量与运营效率。 2. 产品价值翻译与内容把控 深入理解产品能力、用户需求和应用场景，将内部产品及市场策略转化为清晰、可执行的内容Brief；审核内容选题、脚本、画面及最终成片，确保产品信息准确、用户价值清晰，并符合整体内容调性与质量标准。 3. 内容服务商与项目管理 负责外部内容服务商的日常对接与管理，统筹选题、脚本、拍摄、后期及交付全流程；协调内外部信息和资源，管理项目排期、关键节点与潜在风险，保障内容项目高质量、按计划落地。 4. 数据追踪与内容优化 建立内容数据追踪和复盘机制，结合不同内容、人群和平台表现识别有效方向，并推动选题、表达方式、内容形式及投放策略持续优化。 5. 跨部门协同 与产品、销售、SDR及客户现场保持协同，获取准确的产品信息和一线用户反馈；整理高频问题、内容反馈及市场信号，推动其进入下一轮内容规划与市场验证，形成“内容—数据—反馈—优化”的持续闭环。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，3年左右内容营销、品牌内容、整合营销或相关工作经验； 有甲方内容项目管理经验，或具备与创意代理商、内容服务商、制作公司协作的完整经验； 1. 能够独立撰写内容Brief，并对选题、脚本、拍摄方案及成片提出清晰、专业、可执行的反馈； 2. 具备较好的文字、视觉和内容判断能力，对画面、节奏、信息表达与整体质感有稳定标准； 3. 熟悉短视频、图文、拍摄及后期制作的基本流程，能够有效管理外部制作资源； 4. 良好的项目管理与跨部门协同能力，能够在信息变化和多方参与的情况下持续推动项目； 5. 对科技产品、智能硬件、机器人或新兴行业保持好奇，能够快速理解陌生产品与业务； 6. 具备良好的数据和用户反馈意识，能够结合内容表现持续优化执行方向； 加分项 1. 有科技产品、智能硬件、消费电子、AI或机器人行业经验； 2. 有从0到1参与新产品内容体系或账号建设的经验； 3. 多社交平台的内容运营经验； 4. 一定的内容投放或效果广告经验，能够结合自然内容与付费数据判断内容价值并持续优化； 5. AI 工具应用能力：有熟练应用的 AI 工具，并能将其融入自己的日常工作流及内容制作环节中。
