需要准备作品集（以往产品和内部结构设计和图纸归档和BOM） 岗位职责: 1.负责公司核心产品的机械设计，产品类型为商用配送机器人，人形机器人等多款前沿产品，推动核心产品机械打样和量产 2.拓扑优化，平衡主体结构强度和性能，手臂构型设计 3.根据项目文档,准确完成研发设计工作,并形成图纸归和安排加工 4.关键器件布局和部分器件结构调整以及关键问题的内外部门拉通 5.负责产品开发过程中产线生产技术支持,包括检治具辅助设计以及生产工艺和组装工艺和维修工艺等 6.负责结构产品规格制定,产品结构验收标准制定以及实施工作 7.负责物料追踪,售后不良分析回归等工作

岗位要求: 1.3年以上叉车或自动化工作经验、熟悉产品外观结构设计;熟悉机械臂和消费类电子产品的可靠性测试标准 2.机械设计、自动化、模具等相关专业,本科及以上学历。精通机器人运动学、动力学与控制的基本理论,熟悉机械设计理论理论与分析方法 3.熟悉各类模具结构:包括五金、压铸、塑料和油压模具等。熟悉塑料模具成型工艺,冲压工艺等 4.精通solidworks软件3D制图,CAD 2D制图 5.熟悉整机工程设计、可靠性设计及验证、电子相关ESD、EMI/EMC等相关结构设计 6.拥有电气和嵌入式等基础知识 7.熟悉产品生产流程,可靠性测试标准。主要围绕与外观零件相关的产线NPI导入及生产工艺(如SMT、整机组装、生产测试等过程等) 8.较强沟通协调能力和团队合作精神 9.良好的学习能力、动手能力以及解决问题的能力
