【岗位职责】 1、海外人才寻访与交付：根据海外业务线（如海外销售、技术支持等）的需求，制定并执行海外招聘计划；熟练使用各类海外招聘渠道（如LinkedIn、海外招聘网站、猎头等）进行人才Mapping、简历寻访与甄选，保障海外HC的高效交付； 2、跨文化沟通与雇主品牌：独立与海外候选人进行全英文沟通（包括面试邀约、意向沟通、Offer谈判等），展现公司专业形象；协助策划和执行海外雇主品牌活动，提升公司在全球人才市场的吸引力； 3、海外招聘体系建设：建立并维护海外人才库，沉淀海外招聘渠道资源；参与制定和优化海外招聘流程、面试工具及薪酬对标方案，提升整体海外招聘效能； 4、业务协同与数据驱动：深度对接海外业务部门，理解业务痛点与人才画像；定期输出海外招聘数据分析报告，复盘各渠道效果，为业务部门的人才战略提供决策支持； 5、员工生命周期支持：协助跟进海外员工的入职、试用期关怀及留用情况，配合处理海外用工相关的合规性事务（如EOR名义雇主对接等），确保海外团队的稳定与高效。

【任职要求】 1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、心理学或英语/小语种等相关专业优先； 2、工作经验：具有3年以上科技/互联网/智能制造行业招聘经验，有海外招聘、跨国企业HRBP或猎头顾问经验者优先考虑； 3、语言能力：英语听说读写精通，能够作为工作语言无障碍地与海外候选人及业务团队进行深度沟通； 4、专业技能：熟悉海外招聘渠道及玩法，具备较强的人才Mapping能力和跨文化沟通技巧； 5、综合素质：自驱力强，具备“奋斗者”精神，敢于扛事儿；头脑灵活，抗压能力强，能适应公司全球化快速发展的节奏，愿意与公司共同成长。
