【岗位职责】 1. 根据ITR流程，受理售后服务窗口需求，支持客户事业部交付团队排查和定位客户售后问题； 2.根据ITR流程，负责所受理客户问题的进度管理。协同仓库、生产、采购、供应商，拉通各方资源，端到端高效解决客户售后问题； 3.在日常工作中不断学习和积累产品问题排查、问题处理及维护保养相关经验，对于通用部件的售后服务经验形成文档化； 4.负责定期面向交付团队及外包供应商团队的售后服务培训，并根据日常业务中常见问题，持续优化迭代文档和培训内容； 5. 严格遵循流程要求执行节点动作，确保流程线上化工具能够获取准确的售后问题关键结果绩效数据； 6. 与供应商质量工程师协作，建立和分析供应商相关的关键结果绩效数据并形成改善措施，监控措施的落地执行； 7. 制定和共识能够支撑部门PBC完成的个人PBC，并尽所能达成个人PBC目标。 【任职资格】 1. 本科学历，机电及自动化专业优先； 2. 3年及以上售后服务相关工作经验，有移动机器人行业经验者优先； 3. 具备较强的流程意识，能够主动形成数据获取--分析--改善--跟踪的业务闭环； 4. 具备学习分享的意识，主动积累售后服务经验并以客户角度思考，形成知识库和分享培训； 5. 沟通能力强，能够拉通各方资源协作；具备一定的抗压能力，能够应对复杂多变的业务场景。
