The posting

岗位职责:

1.客户资源对接与关系管理：对接工业机器人大客户项目，建立客户关系网络，梳理并盘活已有电商客户资源，制定客户维护与跟进计划

2.大客户开发与市场拓展：除已有资源外，重点负责头部公司及客户的开拓与接入，制定客户拓展计划，识别重点客户场景机会点 推动首次合作落地

3.需求挖掘与项目协同：深入开发并挖掘客户的潜在需求，准确传达客户需求至内部团队，联动售前、技术、交付等团队，定制解决方案并推进项目交付。

4.销售过程管理与跟进：承担客户开发任务，跟进从需求对接、样机测试、方案报价、合同谈判到落地验收全过程;提升项目转化率和客户满意度，确保销售目标达成

5.客户价值运营与复购挖掘：持续运营客户生命周期内的服务价值，推动二次采购或新项目机会;结合客户业务场景，提出自动化/智能化等创新建议

6.客户洞察与产品反馈：收集并分析行业/客户需求和竞品动态，包括挖掘客户需求、客户应用场景了解、采购模式、主要竞争情况等，为公司产品研发、市场策略制定提供数据支持与决策参考，驱动产品优化

7.商务谈判：主导销售方案讲解，项目述标及价格谈判，协同公司财务、技术、法务等部门，完成商务条款谈判与风险把控。

任职要求:

1.4年以上agv销售经验，熟悉agv项目的运作模式，能够快速适应工作节奏，精准对接客户需求

2.能快速学习公司产品和技术，独立完成客户场景映射、配置选型与PPT方案呈现

3.拥有出色的谈判能力，在复杂商务谈判中能够灵活应对，巧妙运用谈判策略为公司争取最大利益

4.沟通能力:拥有出色的沟通表达与谈判能力，能够清晰传达产品优势与解决方案，有效处理客户疑问与异议，建立良好的客户信任关系

5.能够满足日常客户拜访及出差需求，灵活高效地开展业务工作
