【岗位职责】 1：参与研发项目早期阶段，与研发、设计、产品经理等部门紧密合作，理解技术需求、性能指标及预算范围，负责供应商的开发寻源，评估，管理工作，并且可以及时掌握该品类的市场行情及动态，了解工业移动机器人及人形机器人发展及行业现状，以帮助制定合理的价格策略及供应商开发工作； 2：针对研发项目特点，制定个性化的采购策略、供应商合作模式及风险管理计划，管理研发阶段的采购预算，进行成本初步分析与预估； 3：主导新供应商导入到合格供应商全过程，包括新供应商的资料收集，打样确认，价格，交期及付款方式谈判，合格供应商的审核及导入； 4：负责整理采购资料文件，供应商资质文件，存档等管理工作； 5：协同相关部门进行供应商质量管理，审核和绩效考核，对合格供应商资料进行整理归档，并对供应商进行品质，交货期，价格，服务，信用能力的评估，对于不达标供应商制定纠正措施，及时督促改善或者退出合格供应商名录； 6：具有较强的成本意识，熟悉采购成本分析，制定采购降本策略及目标； 7：根据部门降本指标，进行目标成本谈判，达成降本指标； 【任职资格】 1.本科及以上学历，自动化相关专业优先考虑； 2.3年以上相关工作经验，有工业移动机器人采购经验者优先考虑； 4.熟练使用Word, excel，ERP等办公软件，电脑操作熟练； 5.工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神 6:有强烈的成本意识和责任感
