【岗位职责】 1.提前发现异常与预防异常,迅速处理,防止不合格品流入下道工序,确保制程产品品质； 2.负责检查.监督.评估生产部门的4M1E对产品产生的品质影响,按时进行巡检工作,对特殊工艺或易发生事故点需加强力度,并列为重点工艺处理； 3.对异常发生后的紧急处理措施执行,不良品隔离,纠正预防措施的制定等负责,以《品质异常单》形式报告与记录,对纠正预防措施跟进与执行； 4.按标准时间巡检的频率进行检验,并将检验结果如实填写在《IPQC巡检日报表》上,确保数据的准确性与真实性； 负责首件检验的判定与记录工作； 5.负责半成品转移的检验工作,保证检验数量与检验方法的准确性真实性,并将检验结果如实填写在《IPQC巡检日报表》上； 6.完成上级临时交办任务。

【任职要求】 1.学历不限，聪明机灵，应变能力强； 2.会使用电脑，并有一定的文档编辑能力； 3.团结部门，自主能动性强。
