岗位职责 1. 负责人形机器人全身运动控制算法的设计、实现、部署和优化，覆盖行走、跑跳、平衡控制、动态抗扰、全身协调和复杂地形适应。 2. 研究机器人运动学、动力学、接触建模、全身控制和轨迹优化。 3. 负责 FK/IK、QP、whole-body control、模型预测控制和强化学习控制器的实现。 4. 研究人形机器人运动捕捉数据的重定向、轨迹优化和生成式动作规划。 5. 研究构型条件化控制器、机器人 token 和动力学条件化策略，以及不同构型之间的动作重定向。 6. 负责控制器对负载、摩擦、地形和动力学参数变化的适应。 7. 负责仿真控制策略向真实机器人的迁移和真机调试。 8. 开发控制器部署、参数管理、实时监控、故障诊断和安全降级机制。 9. 与 WAM、VLA、Agent、仿真和机器人平台团队协作，形成统一动作接口。 任职要求 1. 机器人、自动化、控制工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 扎实掌握机器人运动学、动力学、控制理论和优化方法。 3. 熟悉 FK/IK、QP、MPC、Whole-body Control、轨迹优化中的一种或多种。 4. 熟悉强化学习、模仿学习或运动规划。 5. 熟悉 Python、C++、Linux、ROS/ROS2 和常见机器人开发工具。 6. 熟悉 MuJoCo、Isaac Sim、Genesis、PyBullet 或其他机器人仿真环境。 7. 具有真实人形机器人、四足机器人或移动机器人调试经验。 8. 理解机器人构型差异、动力学差异和动作空间差异。 9. 具备良好的工程实现能力、实验设计能力和问题定位能力。 10. 理解实时控制、安全限幅、急停、降级和硬件保护机制。 加分项 1. 有 SONIC、LocoFormer、BeyondMimic、GenWBC 等相关项目经验。 2. 有人形机器人运动捕捉重定向、PHC 或 GMR 框架经验。 3. 熟悉强化学习运动控制和 sim-to-real。 4. 有跨本体控制、通用运动策略或 embodiment-conditioned policy 经验。 5. 熟悉参数辨识、接触力估计、阻抗控制或力控。 6. 熟悉 MuJoCo、Isaac Lab、NVIDIA Isaac Sim、Pinocchio、Drake 等工具。 7. 有机器人真实部署、硬件联调或运动控制论文成果。
