岗位职责 参与公司机器人相关算法研发和工程落地（机械臂、移动机器人、移动机械臂）；包括 ROS 系统和自研控制系统。主要工作是软件（写代码），包括算法和工程。不需要设计硬件但需要有基础认知。

任职要求 全日制本科及以上学历，机器人、计算机、自动化、电子信息等相关专业。 以下四个方向至少有一项是强项： 良好的硬件和动手能力。做过机器人相关硬件开发。熟悉嵌入式。熟悉电机、驱动器、相机等机器人常用硬件集成和调试。 精通 ROS2，包括核心、定位、导航、机械臂几个方向。做过仿真也做过真机验证。 精通移动机器人定位、导航或机械臂规划算法。做过仿真也做过真机验证。 精通机器人运动控制，包括运动学、动力学、控制理论、电机驱动等。 熟练或精通 Python，具备基本的代码规范与工程实现能力。熟悉 Linux 开发环境。熟悉或精通 C++、Java、Rust 等语言更好。最好熟悉数据结构、算法（指算法导论上那些算法）、计算机网络、计算机体系结构等。 具备扎实的数学基础，熟悉线性代数、概率统计、优化理论等，有良好的算法建模与实现能力。 具备良好的英文阅读能力。具备良好的论文阅读能力。
