一、岗位职责 1. 负责机器人端侧系统服务的开发与维护，覆盖系统控制、监测、日志、网络、配置等模块 2. 负责端侧 log 监控、数据采集等 pipeline 的设计与实现 3. 参与 OTA、镜像、manifest 升级、整包/分包发布与回滚等工程化工作 4. 使用 Python / Shell 构建脚本、运维工具与自动化 二、任职要求 学历与经验 - 电子、计算机、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历 - 2-5 年 Linux 系统应用 / 后端 / 嵌入式 Linux 开发经验 硬性技能 - 熟悉 Linux 基本原理与常用工具：进程/线程、文件系统、网络、systemd、日志体系 - 主栈C++，Python/Shell 中至少各一种熟练 - 熟悉网络与通信基础：TCP/IP、SSH；理解 MQTT、WebRTC 中至少一种的应用场景 - 能读懂并参与应用/系统级调试：日志分析、性能瓶颈定位、稳定性问题排查 加分项 - 有 Rust 经验 - 熟悉 Linux 端侧设备生命周期管理（OTA、日志、监控、配置下发） - 有流式数据 / 落盘 / 上传 / 监控告警 pipeline 经验（音视频、日志、IoT 数据通路之一） - 有相机/视频/图像 pipeline（GStreamer、FFmpeg、ISP、V4L2 等）实际经验 - 熟悉 ROS / 机器人中间件
