🏗️ Comercial B2B | Projetos de Iluminação

A SellPoint, especializada em recrutamento na área comercial, está a recrutar um(a) Comercial B2B para integrar uma empresa especializada em Projetos de Iluminação.

Esta função terá como principal objetivo o desenvolvimento de negócio junto de gabinetes de arquitetura, engenharia e outros intervenientes do setor da construção, promovendo soluções técnicas e estabelecendo relações comerciais de longo prazo.

📍 Zona de atuação: Norte e Centro de Portugal.

🎯 Principais responsabilidades:

• Prospeção e angariação de novos clientes; • Desenvolvimento de parcerias com gabinetes de arquitetura e engenharia; • Apresentação e comercialização de serviços e projetos técnicos; • Acompanhamento comercial da carteira de clientes; • Identificação de novas oportunidades de negócio; • Gestão de todo o ciclo comercial, desde a prospeção até ao fecho do negócio; • Desenvolvimento de relações comerciais sustentáveis com os principais intervenientes do setor.

✅ O que procuramos:

• Experiência comercial com contacto direto junto de gabinetes de arquitetura ou engenharia; • Formação ou sólidos conhecimentos nas áreas de Arquitetura, Engenharia ou outras áreas técnicas ligadas à construção; • Capacidade para interpretar projetos e linguagem técnica; • Forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal; • Perfil autónomo, proativo e orientado para resultados; • Disponibilidade para deslocações nas zonas Norte e Centro; • Carta de condução válida.
