1. 在 Mentor 指导下开展电影、剧集、动画及纪录片等内容研究，检索和发现优质作品、素材与相关来源线索。 2. 根据代表作品查找导演、摄影师、制作公司及创作机构信息，整理作品链接、代表案例和来源资料。 3. 按照既定要求进行素材初筛，记录题材、风格、镜头、表演及叙事等内容特征，说明推荐理由，提交 Mentor 复核。 4. 协助素材分类、基础标签整理与样本归档，维护研究记录和素材库，为专业内容研究及后续质量标准建设提供支持。

1. 本科及以上在读学生，影视、动画、导演、传媒或相关专业优先。 2. 对影视或动画有持续兴趣与内容积累，了解基础视听语言，能够对作品的风格、镜头或叙事表达进行初步分析。 3. 具备资料检索、信息核验和整理能力，能清楚记录素材特点与推荐理由；具备英文资料阅读与检索能力者优先。 4. 对 AI 视频生成及素材研究有兴趣，细致负责，能根据反馈调整工作，具备良好的沟通与协作能力。 加分项：有个人片单、观影记录、字幕组审校、课程研究、素材整理或 AIGC 影像实践经验。
