1. 协助跟踪国内外社媒平台的优质内容与创作趋势，发现优秀创作者及其代表作品。 2. 按照既定要求筛选视频素材，从视觉表达、创意、镜头节奏和情绪表现等角度记录内容特点与推荐理由。 3. 整理创作者信息、内容类型、创作风格及作品链接，协助素材分类和素材库维护。 4. 根据 Mentor 指导开展专题内容检索，补充不同平台、类型或风格的代表素材，维护研究记录。

1. 本科及以上在读学生，专业不限，传播、广告、影视、数字媒体等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉抖音、TikTok、小红书、Instagram、YouTube 等平台中的至少一种，持续关注优质内容与创作者。 3. 具备基础内容审美与判断能力，能说明作品和创作者的特点；具备检索、筛选及资料整理能力。 4. 对 AI 视频生成及专业素材建设有兴趣，细致负责，表达清晰，具备良好的学习与协作能力。 加分项：有创作者研究、内容运营、社媒案例整理或账号实践经验；熟悉多个平台、海外社媒或具备英文检索能力。
