1. 系统研究全球优秀电影、剧集、动画、纪录片等作品，发掘具有美学价值、内容多样性和持续供给潜力的视频来源，建立影视片源与创作机构地图。 2. 从优秀作品追溯导演、摄影师、制作公司、发行机构及影视档案渠道，持续挖掘经典作品、新锐创作者、地域特色及稀缺类型内容。 3. 从选角、镜头语言、构图、光影、表演、场面调度、剪辑与叙事乃至服化道等维度，判断来源样本专业价值，形成清晰、可解释的入选依据。 4. 结合 AIGC 生成需求和现有内容覆盖，规划重点类型、风格及镜头能力的采集方向，筛选代表性素材，提出精品影视/动画的建设与覆盖补充建议。 5. 建立来源档案与样本记录，整理创作主体、内容特征、文件规格及获取线索；协同数据、采购和法务团队验证获取路径、使用范围与持续供给条件，推动优质影视类素材入库。 6. 沉淀影视美学知识、专业标签和标杆案例，为后续视频生成质量标准建设提供专业依据。

1. 本科及以上学历，电影学、导演、摄影、影视制作或相关专业优先；具有 3 年及以上影视研究、影视策展、导演、摄影、剪辑或相关经验。 2. 具备系统的影视美学与视听语言知识，能够从题材、创作手法、镜头、表演、剪辑及叙事等层面判断作品质量，并解释其具体价值。 3. 熟悉全球影视内容生态，具备较强的资料检索、作品追溯与来源深挖能力，能够发现热门片单之外的优质内容；具备英文资料阅读与检索能力。 4. 具备结构化研究、写作及跨团队协作能力 加分项： 1. 有创作 AI 原生短片、虚拟制作、互动叙事或复杂 AIGC 内容项目经验。对 AI 视频生成有兴趣，具有影视版权、素材库建设经验者优先。 2. 阅片量≥ 2000，自己阅片或者在字幕组审校影片都算
