📝 Missions

Sales Process : 50% du temps

Au sein de l’équipe Business Operations, travailler étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et marketing pour améliorer et structurer les process afin d’augmenter la productivité :

  • Identifier et supprimer les goulots d'étranglement et les incohérences dans les équipes de ventes
  • Optimiser les process dans Salesforce en assurant la meilleure hygiène possible
  • Être le premier point de contact/support des commerciaux pour leurs questions de process et potentiels bugs et assurer un suivi des demandes jusqu’à leurs résolutions

Data : 25%

  • Assurer un reporting clair et précis de la performance commerciale via Excel ou Salesforce
  • Assurer la qualité des données, notamment dans Salesforce
  • Effectuer des analyses ad hoc en fonction des besoins du business (suivi KPI, analyses pipeline, performance par segment, etc.)

Leader des projets transverses : 25%

  • Travailler avec les autres services (marketing, produit, service client) sur des projets opérationnels et stratégiques afin d’augmenter les revenus, la productivité des ventes et l'efficacité opérationnelle
  • Aider à la bonne coopération/communication entre départements en promouvant une culture d'innovation, une méthode de travail et une analyse de la performance commune

🧩Votre profil

  • 1ere expérience en conseil et/ou sales ops, Salesforce Admin, dans des startups/scale ups
  • Connaissance de Salesforce ou autre CRM
  • Appétence pour la data avec très bon niveau sur Excel (SQL et powerBi est un plus)
  • Tech oriented: connaissance/curiosité pour les outils sales/marketing (Salesloft, Pardot, Aircall…) et IA (Notion, Dust, ...)
  • Très bon relationnel pour pouvoir animer meeting/workshops, savoir communiquer avec des top executives…
