Silae es un grupo francés líder en software de nóminas y gestión de RRHH. En España, el grupo integra actualmente dos compañías del sector, con sedes en Barcelona, Reus y Sabadell, en plena fase de crecimiento y transformación para consolidarse como referente del mercado español en los próximos años.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Legal Counsel que asuma la responsabilidad del área legal en España, dando servicio a las dos entidades del grupo y coordinando de forma unificada su actividad jurídica, con el apoyo de asesores externos.

Reportarás directamente al CFO de España, con reporte funcional (indirecto) a la Dirección Legal del grupo en Francia.

Qué harás:

  • Ser responsable del área legal de las dos entidades del grupo en España, coordinando su actividad jurídica de forma unificada.
  • Redactar, revisar y negociar todo tipo de contratos con clientes y proveedores (licencias de software, SaaS, acuerdos de canal/partners, prestación de servicios, confidencialidad, etc.), dando salida ágil a las necesidades del negocio.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en protección de datos (RGPD/LOPDGDD), incluyendo el tratamiento de datos de clientes, empleados y usuarios de nuestras plataformas.
  • Dar soporte legal transversal a dirección, ventas, compras y finanzas en el día a día.
  • Dar soporte en materia societaria y de gobierno corporativo.
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos legales, proponiendo soluciones prácticas alineadas con el negocio.
  • Vigilar el cumplimiento del Reglamento de IA (AI Act) en el uso y desarrollo de funcionalidades de inteligencia artificial del producto y en el uso interno de herramientas de IA por parte de la compañía.
  • Coordinarte con la Dirección Legal del grupo en Francia para alinear políticas, procesos y estándares corporativos.

Qué buscamos:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en asesoría jurídica, idealmente combinando despacho e in-house, con exposición a entornos tecnológicos o SaaS.
  • Conocimiento sólido y actualizado de protección de datos (RGPD/LOPDGDD).
  • Experiencia demostrable en redacción y negociación de contratos mercantiles con clientes y proveedores.
  • Grado en Derecho. Se valorará Máster en Protección de Datos y Privacidad, así como formación complementaria en Derecho Digital/TIC, Compliance normativo o Propiedad Intelectual.
  • Autonomía, capacidad de priorización y agilidad de respuesta en un entorno de alto crecimiento y cambio constante.
  • Inglés alto (el grupo tiene sede en Francia); se valorará francés.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente al menos 3 días a la semana entre nuestras sedes de Barcelona, Reus y Sabadell.
