Notre centre d'excellence recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de facturation et suivi clients afin de garantir la fiabilité du processus de facturation et d’assurer un accompagnement de qualité auprès de ses clients.

En lien étroit avec les équipes commerciales, opérationnelles et financières, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le suivi des dossiers clients et la qualité des données renseignées dans Salesforce.

📝Vos missions

  • Préparer, contrôler et émettre les factures clients
  • Garantir la conformité des données contractuelles et de facturation
  • Assurer le suivi des règlements, des relances et des éventuels litiges
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant leur facturation
  • Mettre à jour et fiabiliser les données clients dans Salesforce
  • Créer et suivre les reportings et tableaux de bord
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de facturation et de suivi clients.

🧩Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en facturation, administration des ventes, comptabilité clients ou suivi de comptes clients
  • Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du processus de facturation, du contrôle des données contractuelles jusqu’au suivi des règlements
  • Vous possédez une maîtrise complète de Salesforce, notamment pour la gestion des comptes clients, des contrats, des opportunités, des reportings et des tableaux de bord
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec Excel et les outils de gestion
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre fiabilité
  • Vous appréciez le travail transversal et savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
