En tant que Contrôleur financier chez Silae, vous intégrerez la direction financière et participerez activement au suivi des performances financières du groupe.

Vous serez un acteur clé dans l'analyse des données financière et contribuerez à identifier et actionner des moyens de maximiser les revenus, les profits, les retours sur investissements, et la génération de trésorerie du groupe.

📝 Vos principales missions

  • Production du reporting mensuel à destination des actionnaires
  • Production d’autres analyses financières récurrentes ou ad-hoc
  • Contribution à la clôture annuelle
  • Contribution à la réalisation des budgets et forecasts/reforecast
  • Amélioration continue (outils, processus, procédure...)

🧩 Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+4/5 en Finance, Contrôle de gestion ou Comptabilité (DECF/DESCF).
  • Vous avez au minimum 4/5 ans d’expérience, en audit ou transaction services dans un cabinet d'audit reconnu
  • Vous maîtrisez Excel et PowerPoint à un niveau très avancé, avec de solides compétences en comptabilité générale, compréhension des logiques bilantielles et de tableaux de flux de trésorerie, consolidation, comptabilité analytique et gestion des coûts.
  • Vous faites preuve d'adaptabilité dans des environnements informatiques variés (la connaissance de Salesforce est un plus) et maîtrisez l’anglais financier.
  • Vous êtes analytique ce qui vous permet d’interpréter les données financières pour en tirer des conclusions pertinentes.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e) et pouvez gérer plusieurs priorités en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale, y compris en anglais
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec différents départements aux vocabulaire et préoccupations différentes
