Les dispositifs vont de l’acculturation à des parcours de montée en compétences ou de reconversion vers des métiers techniques. Ces formations sont construites sur mesure, en lien étroit avec les besoins métiers et les environnements des entreprises.

En tant que formateur•rice sur nos ateliers CIF, vos activités principales se divisent en trois axes :

Animation de sessions de formation

  • Animer des sessions courtes (1 à 5 jours) axées sur la maîtrise des compétences numériques fondamentales
  • Former les collaborateur•rices à l'utilisation des outils internes propres à leur entreprise (portails RH, outils de production, applications métier)
  • Éventuellement, animer et observer des sessions de diagnostic et de positionnement initial pour évaluer le niveau de départ des collaborateur•rices pour les orienter vers les parcours de formation les plus adaptés.
  • Si besoin, produire et/ou adapter des contenus pédagogiques sur-mesure à partir du cadrage et des besoins spécifiques exprimés par les clients, en lien avec l’équipe pédagogique de Simplon

Profil recherché

Vous avez minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans l'animation de formations ou l'accompagnement pédagogique.

  • Maîtrise de l'ensemble des notions transmises en animation et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour un public de grand•es débutant•es.
  • Posture d'écoute, d'accompagnement individualisé et de réassurance face aux appréhensions liées au numérique.
  • Curiosité, bienveillance, esprit d'équipe et capacité de remise en question continue pour améliorer sa pratique.
  • Aisance relationnelle avec des profils variés et capacité d'adaptation en direct au rythme de chaque apprenant•e.

Compétences techniques

  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils collaboratifs des environnements professionnels usuels (Google Workspace / GSuite, Suite Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Capacité éprouvée à s'approprier rapidement des outils logiciels propres aux entreprises (outils de production, progiciels internes, portails RH...) afin de former efficacement les collaborateur•rices.
