Ces formations sont construites sur mesure, en lien étroit avec les besoins métiers et les environnements des entreprises. L’approche de Simplon se distingue par sa capacité à allier expertise technique, adaptation aux enjeux opérationnels de l’entreprise et engagement en faveur d’un numérique inclusif, au service de transformations durables.

Votre rôle sera clé pour les deux missions ci-dessous :

  • Animation d'ateliers interactifs en distanciel (2h à 3h) pour acculturer les élus et dirigeant•es aux usages métiers de l'IA.
  • Animation de formations d'une journée en présentiel à destination des dirigeant•es de l'ESS, axées sur l'IA générative éco responsable / éthique et l’acculturation à la cybersécurité, adaptées sur mesure via l'analyse préalable de leurs cas d'usage.

A ce titre vos principales missions seront :

Préparer la formation

  • Produire des contenus pédagogiques à partir de canevas disponibles
  • Participer à enrichir la réflexion pédagogique de Simplon, au travers des synchros et rencontres de la communauté des formateur•rices

Animer la formation

  • Animer la réalisation des projets par les apprenant•es
  • Développer les compétences transversales des apprenant•es
  • Planifier les activités de sa promotion

Evaluer/valoriser la montée en compétences des apprenant•es

  • Évaluer et suivre la progression des apprentissages pour chaque apprenant•e
  • Proposer des corrections sur les projets réalisés par les apprenant•es
  • Repérer les difficultés individuelles d’apprentissage et y remédier

Profil recherché : vous justifiez d'une expérience significative (3 ans minimum) en conduite de projets Data/IA ou en systèmes & réseaux / cybersécurité.

Une expérience avérée en animation de formation ou atelier auprès de décisionnaires est un vrai plus.

Compétences techniques / métiers :

  • Pour le volet IA Gen & auto : maîtrise des outils d'IA générative et auto (n8n, make etc.) de leurs cas d'usage, sensibilisation forte aux impacts environnementaux (sobriété numérique, IA responsable) et aux questions éthiques.
  • Pour le volet cybersécurité : capacité à vulgariser les enjeux cyber pour un public non-technique (sensibilisation aux bonnes pratiques, hygiène informatique, risques spécifiques aux ESS).

Conditions

  • Démarrage des sessions dès septembre (planning à définir conjointement dès le recrutement finalisé)
  • TJM Ateliers distanciel : 400 € / Formations présentiel : 350 €
