Nous constituons un réseau de formateur•rices mobilisables pour nos futures sessions Acculturation cyber en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (Vichy, Clermont-Ferrand, Saint-Étienne, …), selon les opportunités.

En tant que formateur•rice, votre rôle est d’accompagner la montée en compétences des apprenant•es afin de les préparer à l’exercice de leur métier en entreprise et à leurs futures interactions avec leurs collègues et clients.

A ce titre vos principales missions seront :

Préparer la formation & garantir un cadre pédagogique inclusif

  • Participer au recrutement des apprenant•es
  • Produire des contenus pédagogiques à partir de canevas disponibles sur notre outil Simplonline
  • Assurer le relais avec les expert·es techniques et autres intervenant·es dans la formation

Animer la formation

  • Animer la réalisation des projets par les apprenant•es & planifier les activités de sa promotion et coordonner les interventions externes
  • Développer les compétences transversales des apprenant•es
  • Soutenir l’équipe pédagogique dans les démarches administratives

Evaluer/valoriser la montée en compétences des apprenants

  • Évaluer et suivre la progression des apprentissages sur Simplonline
  • Proposer des corrections sur les projets réalisés par les apprenant•es
  • Repérer les difficultés individuelles d’apprentissage et y remédier

Préparer à l’insertion professionnelle

  • Détecter les besoins d’accompagnement sur le volet social
  • Accompagner chaque apprenant•e dans la définition d’un projet professionnel adapté et préparer aux entretiens d’embauche

Compétences techniques spécifiques pour ce poste :

Cybersécurité opérationnelle :

  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux de la sécurité des SI (ISO 27001, bonnes pratiques ANSSI, RGPD).
  • Maîtrise des outils et pratiques de sécurité (SIEM, EDR, pare-feux, IDS/IPS).
  • Compétences en analyse d’incidents, gestion des vulnérabilités, et SOC niveau 1/2.

Organisation et gouvernance :

  • Capacité à piloter un plan de sécurité (PSSI, gestion des risques, sensibilisation)
  • Maîtrise des processus de gestion d’incidents (SOC/CERT), reporting, amélioration continue

Technologies et environnement :

  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes Linux/Windows, réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Notions de scripting ou d’automatisation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

Profil recherché

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience opérationnelle de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la cybersécurité, des réseaux/systèmes ou du conseil SI (RSSI, Analyste Cyber/SOC, Consultant•e, Formateur•rice IT, etc.).
  • Expérience en animation de formations techniques (en présentiel et distanciel)
  • Capacité à adapter le discours à des profils non spécialistes de la cybersécurité
