Nous constituons un réseau de formateur•rices mobilisables pour nos futures sessions à Nice. Votre rôle sera clé : vous transmettrez les compétences nécessaires pour valider la certification RNCP41310 “Technicien Valoriste du Réemploi d’appareils informatiques” (niveau 4).

A ce titre vos principales missions seront :

Préparer la formation & garantir un cadre pédagogique inclusif

  • Participer au recrutement des apprenant•es
  • Produire des contenus pédagogiques à partir de canevas disponibles sur notre outil Simplonline
  • Assurer le relais avec les experts techniques et autres intervenants dans la formation

Animer la formation

  • Animer la réalisation des projets par les apprenant•es & planifier les activités de sa promotion et coordonner les interventions externes
  • Développer les compétences transversales des apprenant•es

Evaluer/valoriser la montée en compétences des apprenant·es

  • Évaluer et suivre la progression des apprentissages sur Simplonline
  • Proposer des corrections sur les projets réalisés par les apprenant•es
  • Repérer les difficultés individuelles d’apprentissage et y remédier

Préparer à l’insertion professionnelle

  • Préparer l’accès à l’emploi : définition d'un projet professionnel adapté, préparation aux entretiens et acquisition des codes de l’entreprise
  • Assurer le suivi des apprenant•es : accompagnement sur le volet social, suivi administratif et accompagnement des aprenant•es

Compétences techniques spécifiques pour ce poste :

  • Diagnostic & réparation : capacité à intervenir sur des équipements informatiques (hardware/software, PC & smartphone), identifier et résoudre des dysfonctionnements.
  • Expertise en électronique & soudure : vous maîtrisez le diagnostic électronique avancé sur différents modèles et marques de cartes mères (tests d’alimentation, de continuité, détection de courts-circuits). Vous lisez et comprenez aisément les schémas électroniques pour identifier les pannes typiques et maîtrisez la soudure traversante ainsi que le remplacement de composants défectueux sur carte mère.
  • Chaîne de reconditionnement : vous savez intégrer ces réparations électroniques avancées au sein d'un flux complet de reconditionnement (tri, diagnostic, évaluation, conditionnement et remise en état fonctionnelle).
  • Enjeux environnementaux & sécurité : maîtrise des filières DEEE, des bonnes pratiques de recyclage, de l'effacement sécurisé des données ainsi que des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité applicables aux ateliers.

Vous avez au minimum 3 ans de pratique professionnelle dans ce domaine.

Idéalement, ce serait un sacré + si

  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais pour la mise à jour de vos connaissances dans votre domaine d’expertise
  • Vous avez une expérience de formateur•trice

Conditions

  • Contrat freelance : TJM 350€
  • Formation en présentiel (Nice)
  • Parcours d'intégration : pour garantir la qualité pédagogique, vous bénéficierez de notre formation interne dédiée aux formateur•rices (durée : 5 jours)
