Vous interviendrez au sein d’un parcours destiné aux professionnel•les RH (recrutement, développement des talents, administration du personnel), visant à les accompagner dans l’appropriation concrète de l’intelligence artificielle dans leurs pratiques métiers.

Cette formation aide aussi à intégrer les enjeux éthiques et réglementaires pour déployer rapidement des cas d’usage opérationnels.

Nous constituons un réseau de formateur•rices mobilisables pour nos futures sessions.

A ce titre vos principales missions seront :

Préparer la formation & garantir un cadre pédagogique inclusif

  • Adapter et enrichir les contenus pédagogiques autour de l’IA appliquée aux RH (prompting, NLP, cas d’usage RH)
  • Concevoir et animer des ateliers pratiques (rédaction augmentée, création d’assistants RH, analyse de documents juridiques)
  • Garantir un cadre bienveillant favorisant l’acculturation à l’IA, notamment pour des publics non techniques
  • Participer à la sélection des apprenant•es et à l’évaluation de leur niveau

Animer des sessions interactives mêlant théorie, ateliers et mises en situation :

  • Diagnostic des processus RH
  • Ateliers de prompting (offres d’emploi inclusives, guides d’entretien)
  • Simulations de dialogue social (présentation devant un CSE fictif)
  • Sensibilisation aux enjeux d’éthique de l’IA (biais algorithmiques et non-discrimination ; protection des données
  • Formation à la gestion des impacts humains et organisationnels (peurs, adoption, transformation des métiers)

Évaluer et valoriser la montée en compétences

  • Suivre la progression des apprenant•es et évaluer leurs productions
  • Proposer des feedbacks individualisés
  • Aider à formaliser une roadmap de mise en œuvre en entreprise (quick wins)

Compétences techniques & pédagogiques pour ce poste :

Vous justifiez de 3 à 4 ans d’expérience minimum sur des projets liés à l’IA, en tant que Consutant•e / Expert•e IA ; PO/PM.

Vous êtes à l’aise dans la collaboration avec des équipes techniques et / ou métiers, et vous disposez d’une solide compréhension des enjeux business ainsi que des processus opérationnels.

  • Bonne maîtrise des usages de l’IA générative (prompting, assistants conversationnels, NLP) & automatisation
  • Expérience concrète de cas d’usage IA dans les RH (recrutement, GPEC, juridique RH, etc.)
  • Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour un public non spécialiste
  • Expérience en animation d’ateliers collaboratifs
  • Connaissance des enjeux réglementaires et éthiques liés à l’IA (RGPD, biais, gouvernance)
