The posting

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support our daily administrative and accounting operations.

The successful candidate will assist with general office administration, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, documentation and coordination with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative andclerical duties
  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders and payment documents
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with bank and vendor reconciliations accuracy.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
  • Maintain proper filing of accounts and project documents
  • Assist with data entry and preparation of accounting records
  • Handle petty cash and staff expense claims
  • Assist with payroll
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and clients on documentation and payment matters
  • Assist management with administrative reports and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure documents and records are properly maintained and updated
  • Handle insurance, LM/LG renewals, and Jurong Island pass procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or accounts
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software such as ABSS is an advantage
  • Familiar with QuickHR platform
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with insurance, LM/LG renewals, and Jurong Island pass procedures is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,000per month, depending on experience and qualifications
  • 23 days Leave (14 days annual leave and 9 days Casual leave)

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and good attention to detail.

Candidates with experience handling construction invoices, subcontractor accounts, purchase orders and project documentation will have an advantage.
