Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and general administrative matters.
  • Maintain and update client databases, records and documents.
  • Monitor service renewal dates, prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with clients and banks to obtain bank statements and other required documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing using the company's payroll software.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, filing and document management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using office software and learning new systems.
  • Experience with invoicing or accounting software is an advantage, but not required.
