Missão do Cargo

Conduzir os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção e Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO) da Help Serviços, garantindo a atração, seleção, integração e desenvolvimento de profissionais alinhados às necessidades e à cultura da empresa. O(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos será responsável por fortalecer a experiência dos colaboradores, acompanhar o desempenho das equipes e implementar ações de clima organizacional e comunicação interna, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho produtivo, engajado e colaborativo.

Formação Acadêmica

  • Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, Psicologia Organizacional ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção end-to-end, desde o alinhamento do perfil até a contratação.
  • Vivência na condução de entrevistas por competências, triagem curricular e aplicação de ferramentas de avaliação de candidatos.
  • Experiência com processos de integração (onboarding) e acompanhamento de novos colaboradores.
  • Conhecimento em Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO), incluindo avaliação de experiência, clima organizacional e ações de engajamento.
  • Habilidade para planejar e executar ações de comunicação interna e fortalecimento da cultura organizacional.
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de RH, como turnover, tempo de fechamento de vagas e retenção de colaboradores.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel intermediário, e familiaridade com plataformas de recrutamento.
  • Boa comunicação, organização, capacidade analítica, proatividade e habilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis profissionais.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir integralmente os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, incluindo alinhamento de perfil com gestores, divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, entrevistas, avaliações e acompanhamento dos candidatos até a contratação.
  • Planejar e executar o processo de integração de novos colaboradores, assegurando uma experiência de acolhimento e alinhamento à cultura, políticas e procedimentos internos.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e as avaliações do período de experiência, em conjunto com os gestores, identificando necessidades de desenvolvimento e adaptação dos colaboradores.
  • Apoiar a estruturação e execução de iniciativas de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, contribuindo para o fortalecimento das competências individuais e coletivas.
  • Planejar e acompanhar pesquisas de clima organizacional, analisando resultados e propondo planos de ação para melhoria do ambiente de trabalho.
  • Desenvolver e implementar ações de comunicação interna e endomarketing, promovendo o engajamento, a integração e o alinhamento das equipes.
  • Apoiar gestores na identificação de necessidades de desenvolvimento, acompanhamento de desempenho e gestão de pessoas.
  • Monitorar indicadores de Recrutamento e Seleção e DHO, elaborando relatórios e propondo melhorias nos processos.
  • Contribuir para a padronização e melhoria contínua das políticas, procedimentos e práticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Atuar como ponto de apoio aos colaboradores e lideranças, promovendo uma comunicação clara e um relacionamento próximo entre as equipes e a área de RH.

  • Experiência com plataformas de recrutamento (ATS), sistemas de gestão de RH e ferramentas de análise de indicadores.
  • Perfil generalista, com capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica e operacional, demonstrando autonomia, sensibilidade nas relações interpessoais e foco em resultados.
