Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro com forte visão de negócio e autonomia para estruturar o planejamento financeiro da companhia. A posição atua como braço direito dos sócios, traduzindo dados em decisões estratégicas e garantindo previsibilidade, controle e eficiência na operação.

Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

  • Realizar e acompanhar as rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber;
  • Controlar o fluxo de caixa, posição financeira e necessidades de curto e médio prazo;
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e garantir a organização e acuracidade das informações financeiras;
  • Acompanhar faturamento, recebimentos, pagamentos e inadimplência;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar a DRE gerencial, analisando receitas, custos, despesas e resultado;
  • Realizar análises de orçado x realizado, identificando os principais desvios;
  • Apoiar a construção e atualização de budget e forecast;
  • Elaborar projeções financeiras e diferentes cenários para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
  • Desenvolver controles, relatórios e indicadores financeiros para acompanhamento do negócio;
  • Analisar custos, margens e rentabilidade, identificando oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Apoiar os sócios com informações e análises financeiras para decisões do dia a dia;
  • Manter interface com contabilidade e demais parceiros externos relacionados à área.
  • Possuir formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou correlatas;
  • +5 anos de experiência em FP&A, planejamento financeiro ou controladoria;
  • Autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de atuar em uma estrutura dinâmica e enxuta;
  • Conhecimento em modelagem financeira e análise de demonstrativos contábeis;
  • Ter experiência com orçamento, forecast e análises de desempenho financeiro;
  • Possuir domínio avançado de Excel ou Google Sheets;
  • Ter familiaridade com ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados;
  • Demonstrar forte capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico;
  • Atuar com autonomia, senso de dono e responsabilidade por resultados;
  • Ter comunicação clara para interação com sócios e áreas de negócio;
  • Possuir visão sistêmica e entendimento do impacto financeiro nas decisões.
